The best ice cream around, great friendly service!

Sometimes the bake goods leave something to be desired, they fall a little short. Ice cream products are great, milk products are great, what spoils it all, charging $.10 a bag. Did you give us credit for the plastic bags you no longer use, no! Are you donating this $.10 to a foodbank, probably not.One would think that for the prices you charge, a customer would not be asked to spend $.10 for a bag, particularly after spending $ 40.00. Does not leave a good taste in ones mouth.

Beautiful farm shop, with a lovely cafe and bakery. This place makes me so happy and although I havent eaten here (always in a rush) everything smells delicious and all the food we have bought there have been awesome. Will be back.

Would have been 5 stars but the scoop portions in a cup were pretty small. But the taste and flavor selection was outstanding. And the staff are hard working and friendly. Proper COVID precautions were appreciated.

My deadbeat wife has been bringing me to Rochester for over a decade, and she's been holding out on me. I don't know if it's grounds for divorce, but I can't believe this was my first visit to Pittsford Farms Dairy.Not only do they have tons of interesting and delicious flavors of ice cream, all sorts of cookies, elaborate and awesome ice cream cakes, the best pies I've found in Rochester (outside my mother-in-law's kitchen), excellent palmiers and scones, a nice array of local sauces and jams, and all the cheese...They also have these pepperoni, garlic, parmesan croissants, which are the flakiest, savoriest (that's a word), and absolute best snack to have when you're walking around and getting obscenely hungry picking out all the things.I've changed my mind. Keeping these croissants away from me for over a decade is absolutely grounds for divorce.

Great ice cream! Also set up well for social distancing and flow. Easy to get in, order ice cream and exit. There's lots of outdoor space to enjoy your treats.

Anyone who goes to Pittsford absolutely needs to visit the Pittsford dairy. It is a very cute bakery and ice cream shop that has so much to offer. Staff is very friendly and I have never had a bad experience. There are multiple selections of ice cream, cookies, pies, baked goods and so much more. Plus, there is an abundance of seating outside allowing for lots of social distancing and a great place to enjoy your treat!

Ice cream/yogurt is fantastic. Chocolate milk is to die for. Staff is friendly,polite and efficient. Customers are a$$ hats. Masks seemed like speed limits-a suggestion. 1 covidiot in a gray BMW M3 almost ran over some one in the parking lot. I picked up trash around the bench we sat at. No 2 meter social distancing while in line. Love it and cant wait to get some eclairs, but it might have to wait until after the second wave.

Both the ice cream (I had the vanilla custard in the waffle cone) and fresh baked bread were delicious. The place is charming, sells quality products, and was well worth the drive.

The best ice cream I have ever eaten. We got the cinnamon and a scoop of peanut butter fudge. The cinnamon was incredible! The creamiest ice cream you will taste. I would suggest getting one of the lighter flavors (cinnamon, vanilla, etc.) to best appreciate the creaminess of the ice cream.

We used to love this place. Sizes got smaller prices got bigger. Good ice cream though!

Friendly, with a good amount of variety in a very welcoming environment that supports the ethos of locally produced food and dairy. Plus you can still get the old-fashioned milk in glass bottles. A good place to get good-tasting butter milk as well as cheese curds. The selection of charcuterie isn't perfect, but still has some stand-out items. Definitely worth second, third, and fourth visits, etc.

The fig scones was amazing and the croissants flakey. Glass bottled milk selection is great, too.

I was a bit disappointed by Pittsford Dairy. I got the Kaluha Mudslide. It was good, but not great. There were nuts in it, which I wouldn't have known based on the name of the flavor. I wish they had a description of the ice cream underneath the name. The double was pretty big, but cost $4.75.I appreciated that there was a lot of outdoor space. Great for sitting, eating ice cream and social distancing. The ice cream here is famous for being very creamy, but maybe I'm just into flavors that have a lot of mix-ins, because the Kaluha Mudslide just wasn't doing it for me.

Love Pittsford Dairy, but there is absolutely no enforcement of social distancing inside. Not ok.

I love the ice cream there! Best one in the area! But the way they handle the customers is really messy. I can’t even have a chance to pick the flavor that I want since there are lots of people in front of me and there are no lines. They need to organize the place again. Other than that it’s an amazing place.

Absolutely the best milk, ice cream and other dairy products in the area. Milk that still comes in glass bottles, and the best ice cream you ever had.

Of you're looking to lose weight this place is not for you! If you like yummy pastries and coffees and pies then this place is definitely for you! The pastries were unique and flavorful and to die for. The coffees were phenomenal. The ice cream was awesome according to my 10 year old! The feel of the shop is very rustic and very relaxing and inviting.

the facility is an overall good environment, and i love going there and the ice cream is bomb. BUT... there seems to be an old woman that lives in the house on the property that yells at people who sit on the piece of land in front of her house. i went to the dairy w my friends during pandemic, so there was no outdoor furniture. so, unknowingly me and my friends sat on a strip of land in the vicinity of her house. she resorted to yelling at us and throwing nuts at us. i feel that the situation could have been handled better on her part. this could be an issue in the future, considering that me and my friends are 14 and we were very rattled, and if there was a family w small children there, that could upset and scare the children. again, pittsford dairy is a wonderful facility, but there seems to be a communication issue over property lines.

The ice cream is phenomenal. The service is wonderful and you can't beat the atmosphere.

What an amazing place, 1st time there the ice cream was wonderful the selection was amazing must have been 50 different flavors, great inside store area, and very good Covid 19 spacing and cleanliness.

I'm in love with this place. Everything is made fresh, from the ice cream to the bread and the sweets. If you want some good ice cream with more than just the regular flavors, this is the place to go.

Came here for ice cream and it was great. The neighborhood is really nice with a ncir trail to walk by. The ice cream is not that expensive and there are lots of flavors with many different other snacks. Would highly recommend. Many restaurants in the area also offer ice cream from here but might as well just get it at the source.

Great atmosphere for some ice cream with the kids.

The milk is amazing (people tell me that they can’t tell the difference between Pittsford dairy and grocery store milk but you can). It is a little pricey and the glass bottles are a $2 deposit but you get that back when you return them. Aside from the milk, the baked good, ice cream and coffee will have you coming back again and again. The only problem with the place (especially on a nice summer day) is parking, but you can always park on the main road and go for a little walk.

Coconut Macaroon ice cream is to die for. Cute store with lots of local ingredients and products.

What’s not already been said about Pittsford dairy their ice cream is second to none, from the flavors or the day that you can get in a cone, sundae or shake to the best soft serve I’ve ever had you can’t make a bad selection.

Amazing baked good, homemade ice creams and the BEST chocolate 🍫 milk 🥛 anywhere. They have an amazing and delicious assortment of ice cream flavors- if you like mix ins, be sure to try their cookie monster flavor!All this is available in a super cute store where you can even watch them package the milk. Also appreciate the use of glass for sustainability.A must try if you are in the Pittsford area.

A little background, here. Phase 3 opens today in Rochester, NY, so I thought it would be nice to celebrate that with an Ice cream from here. I was surely not disappointed at all. 5 stars for Pittsford Farms Dairy, and an additional star for being the perfect place to celebrate Phase 3 in Rochester, NY.

Everything was fresh & delicious. Plus- very clean, most people were socially distant and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

So I am an avid Ice cream connoisseur and it's my favorite dessert. This place blows every ice cream ever made out of the water!! Amazing ice cream, super good milk products and baked goods as well.

While it is on the pricier side. The products are excellent. The soft serve custard is delicious, and their in house dairy is the best around.
